We recently stayed at a hotel in this city for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. The Best aspects of our stay were the clean and comfortable rooms, great room service from the polite and courteous staff, and the location of the hotel which was convenient for us. We also appreciate the hotel's effort in training their staff to provide excellent service.
Everything is what i need and want. The food at the restaurant was not great for the price and there was limited choice.

My Christmas stay was absolutely lovely. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, which provided for a comfortable stay. The proximity of the hotel to the local attractions was a bonus, allowing for easy access to the sights and sounds of the city. The hotel also offered ample parking space for guests, which I found convenient.
The Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and I had trouble connecting to the internet at times. Additionally, the noise of the neighbouring exhibition venue was quite audible and slightly disruptive to my stay. However, despite these minor setbacks, I had an overall positive experience at the hotel and would consider staying here again.

The location of this hotel was great, close to many shops and restaurants that were still open on Christmas day. The staff was quite courteous and provided us with clean and comfortable rooms. The hot water was consistent and the TV was functional. Another advantage was the availability of parking, which was good since we had rented a car.
The room was a bit small for a family of four, making it feel somewhat cramped. It would be great if they provided some basic amenities such as a kettle or tea/coffee supplies in the room.
